Who is Regashi? | He is the bastard child of a Hyuga Clan Member born to a Shinobi of Kumogakure who, in herself was a foreigner, with a distinct passion for life and what it has to offer. Though it is his unique bloodline mixture brings great potential and just as many complications in every moment of his life. Still, what can you do about the the child of a Whore and a Slave?

The Mind of Toku
"Smile, even when greeting death. Remember that he has been waiting patiently for you but never forget that he wishes for you to experience all that you can before you finally can receive his warm embrace." Toku has a very strong, and very strange, sense of optimism in some of the most darkest times. There is an obvious free spirit that loves the idea of living in the moment and thus leaves the option for planning very limited. This does not mean that he does not have the ability to be tactical or have a high level of critical thinking, but he believes that those who spent too much time planning what they should do next end up missing the better parts of what life has to offer them.

He will spend countless hours honing his crafts to improve himself to pass the time, but in the same instance he can consider sleeping all day "Rigorous Training" which tends to not sit well with some of his companions most times. Still, he will be the first to stand up for someone when he recognize some injustice and will do so with reckless abandonment. It is this passion, and that fire that burns inside of him, the prevents him from feeling sad or sorry for himself and what forces him to do what he can to remind others that they shouldn't feel the same but will offer a soft shoulder for them to cry on. 

"There is a light inside of everyone, but the truth is the only time they see it is when they are making their way to the end of the tunnel." Ultimately, Toku can be a bit aggressive and definitely abrasive but his loyalty to friends is impossible to break and his will is just as strong.

Father - Rosuto Hyuga | A Branch House member of the Hyuga Clan of Konohagakure, Rosuto was to receive his seal when Hinata turned age three being but 6 years older than the young Heiress. His parents decided that such a branding is no greater than being a servant, a slave, and decided to provide a way for their son to escape. They were tortured to reveal his location so that none may claim the power of the Byakugan, but they ensured even they would never know. Rosuto grew up away from Konohagakure in a life not much better when he join a group of bandits, but he learned to survive and even obtained effective use of his Dōjutsu. Eventually he made a name for himself as the "Blind Warrior" focusing on never allowing his eyes to be seen until he ended up in Kumogakure and fell in love, and in protection.

Mother - Eko Hokori | Little is known of the Origin of Eko other than the fact that maybe a decade before meeting the love of her life, she was taken to Kumogakure by a woman that surely was not once a member of the village recognized only by the swirl pattern she wore on her tattered cloak. Still, the young child held a mark on her right shoulder that belonged to the Hokori Clan, which was believed to have been killed off in the previous Ninja War proving that she was one of theirs even if only half so. She grew to become perfectly accommodated to her new life and her amazing youth persisted over the decade as she met Rosuto.

Child - Regashi Hokori Hyuga, "Toku" | Toku learned how to effectively become a Shinobi from his mother and he unique skills with Ninja tools, both with combat and with medical efficiency and from his father who studied endlessly to learn and effectively become a proficient practitioner of the Gentle Fist, although sloppy in many ways. Early on Regashi showed pride in his skills as he quickly grew in his ability to use Ninja tools and Taijutsu, but his talent with Ninjutsu and Genjutsu quickly forced all of his same age friends to pass him up as he Kumogakure held strict rules on requirements to become a Shinobi. Still, Tokuige stood by his name and believed that one day he would come from this storm better than anyone would imagine.
