Personality:
Koga is a composed individual with a pragmatic approach to life. He believes that, through well-defined rules and laws, many of the world's problems could be solved. He likes to mediate and force a more realistic alternative in order to achieve those idealistic goals.
Koga is a firm believer in the Will of Fire — a philosophy that held that all villagers of Konoha were part of a family. Any who threatened Konoha were subject to his rarely-seen but unbridled rage. Befitting his composed and pragmatic nature, Koga is a stern man who spoke bluntly about most topics, never sugar-coating facts or the matter at hand. He is reasonable more than anything, remaining calm and even-handed in all situations. Despite this, he can be too far-sighted and ruthlessly pragmatic at times.
While not one to get blinded or hindered by emotion or petty notions, he has a streak of pride which presents itself in comical manners at times. He also gets embarrassed when someone forces their opinion on him in front of others.

Bio:
Being born the year after the Fourth Shinobi War, Koga was born into the remains of the once famous Senju Clan. Despite everything being peaceful he quickly began to work on the hidden leaf more than the alliance itself. Believing that the hidden leaf should one day learn to take care of itself without relying on other nations to back it up. His dream is to become Hokage and make the nation strong on its own once again.

Once you are further in your rank you can learn wood style but cannot do anything with water or earth until Chunin rank so until then you can use fire as much as you please.
