Replacing learned Techs with new system Variants...

These are the techniques I'd like to replace form my list of already learned techs from before the site pause.

Doragon no iki (Wave) {Replaces Kamehameha. Acts the same}

Bang Beam {Stays the same}

Impulse Wave (Wave) {Is modified to be only a wave}

Break Cannon {Stays the same}

Unnamed Eye beam Attack {Replaces Antennae Beam from the eyes. Just removed the name}

x10 Doragon no iki {Replaces x5 Kamehameha as there is no x5 modifier}

Zetsubō (Orb attack) {Replaces big Bang attack}

Bending Doragon no iki {Replaces Bending Kamehameha}

Keimō no ki (Small orb, expands into tree then explodes) {Replaces Big Tree Cannon}

Could you elaborate a bit further on what you are attempting to accomplish; just a tad confused on the process. Racial techniques are what they are, being able to be learned by anyone of that particular race, similar to kidou for bleach, magic for Fairy Tail and Re: Zero, etc etc. They aren't something really meant to be 'replaced' unless you are attempting to make your own variants for custom techniques.

You would retain knowledge of the racial techniques and simply have a variety of techniques that you are in the process of creating. If that is indeed the case then you would simply have to observe the limit for custom techniques and then proceed with the process as normal.
