   Appearance: Mikoto stands at 6'0 and weighs 195 lbs. He has medium length red hair that he has cascading freely down his back and has blue red eyes. He has a red gem necklace that he always wears. He also wears a black cloak and has a custom gold bracelet on his right wrist.

   Bio: Mikoto was born in a small town and his family was very poor. His mother was dead and so was his father and Mikoto had no one else but himself. Since Mikoto was an only child he had to do pretty much everything when his parents were alive he cooked he cleaned and he worked to keep them from losing their house.

Mikoto worked at a store and wasn't payed alot and his boss was not very pleasant. One day Mikoto was walking home he was attacked and robbed they took everything including Mikoto's life. The next thing he knew he was in a strange place and wanted to know were he was. He came up to some old man and Mikoto asked him were he was and the man told him he was in Soul Society. Mikoto was in shock when he learned he was dead and it was hard for him to accept it. But after awhile Mikoto learned to accept that he was dead and soon learned of shinigami and was interested in them and trained hard to be enrolled into the academy.

   Shikai Abilites: Upon releasing his shikai, Mikoto's reiatsu turns into a sheet of shadowy darkness that envelops and strengthens him. (Passive)
Increases Strength and Energy by 5. Increases strength of techniques by a further 5 points.

Kagesaji: Gathering Shadows in the blade they are then expelled out by method of a swinging the sword at the opponent in a Dark beam.
Damage based off Energy. Speed based off Energy Speed.

Anbako: A dark smoke is released from Mikoto's hand blocking light and starts suffocating those inside in a fifty foot area.
Those caught within the smoke will lose 10 points to Perception while inside of it. Those within will also lose 5 Stamina per turn due to asphyxiation stacking up to 15. Once outside the smoke Stamina can be recovered at a rate of 5 per turn.

Shēdo: Using shadows Mikoto can create a copy of himself as a combatant and distraction for the opponent.
Summons a single shadow minion that has stats equal to 25% of Mikoto's stats. Only one copy can be present at a time.

Bōseki: Facing his blade outwards he begins to spin at high speeds. While spinning black shadows shoot out from the tip of his blade shooting darkness all around the battlefield as well as the opponent. On impact these shadows will create small scale explosions.
Damaged based off Energy +5. Speed based off Energy Speed.


   Bankai Abilities: The shadowy reiatsu released by Mikoto's shikai is enhanced once his bankai is released giving him increased strength and potency. (Passive)
Increases Strength and Energy by 15. Increases strength of techniques by a further 5 points.

Kurai meshitsukai: Gathering Dark energy in his hands Mikoto can summon skeletal shadow minions to fight for him for a short time. They can grab onto opponents and hinder movement and when killed release a dark corosive mist.
Summons two shadow minions that each have 25% of Mikoto's stats. Upon their death the mist released damages the target and reduces their Stamina by 5 points to a cap of 30.

Ginga no nami: Directly using the shadows from the night Mikoto can fire an extremely powerful beam of Darkness at his opponent from his hand that can deal catastrophic damage at the enemy and surrounding area. The beam itself is stronger at night but loses potency during the day.
Damaged based on Energy -5 during the day and +15 during night. Speed based on Energy Speed. Preparation: 1 Post During Day/No Prep At Night

Hiyasu Kage Rīpā (Ultimate Bankai Technique): Mikoto melds somewhat with his zanpaktou when his zanpaktou reaches 100%. He gains a dark hooded robe that emits shadows and skeletal body which give him enhanced hearing, sight, and kido based abilities along with enhanced strength and stamina. His personality also takes on some of the traits of Rīpā.
Increases all stats by 20 points for 6 posts. After the post limit is up Mikoto's stats will be decreased by 15 and Bankai is unusable for the remainder of the fight. Shikai will be usable after 3 posts.
