Monetary Systems
The Monetary system of AUOW isn't difficult to follow. It's a simple system which outlines gaining money. Now, because of the different Universes that were thrust into one world there's little to no ability to tell exactly what world was the original. And so, there is no unified currency. Currency Exchange rates will be shown below.
Zeni(Ƶ): Zeni is a currency which resides in the DBZ Continent.
Ryou{Ryo}(§): Ryou is a currency which resides in the lands of Shinobi.
Credits(☼): Is the currency which resides in the Soul Society. These are also referred to as Soul Credits or Soul Points.
Beli(): Beli is the currency which is used in the One Piece continent.
Yen(¥): Yen is a universal currency. It's creation is unknown, however, it is accepted by all peoples. Almost all people will allow the base transfer of their currency to Yen.
How do I gain Money?
Money can be awarded in many different ways, but it can also be earned. Completing jobs from a job board in every town can lead to mostly quick and easy cash, albeit not very much. You can also opt in to gain a Salary. Salaries are guaranteed money for a set amount of time. A quick example is getting a normal job as a clerk at a store. You get a pay-check every week(or two weeks in some cases) With your money. Depending on where you are and what you're doing you can get more or less money. But this method requires you to only post once a (Real life day) doing work at your job. Of course, it's not going to be as good money upfront. But better in the long run.
Can I make a shop and sell things?
Yes, We allow people to make shops and sell things. Now, this means you'd have to tend your shop, but you can set your own prices and combat the NPC prices. the Economy is mostly static, so prices really don't vary much. Because of this, you can sell for less than the standard price and gain more of a profit. But you need to find and obtain the materials yourself to sell. Running a shop, including a blacksmiths type of shop, requires crafting, effort, and time. But, as with most player made things, they are substantially better than any NPC created object. (Obviously not including a God's items).
Can I work for a another player?
Of course, if the player has a shop, or just wants to employ you for what ever reason then yes, that's quite possible. The Economy will be mostly player driven if you want it to be. Of course, the player needs to have the funds to pay you.
You can find Jobs a town needs done at a Job Board, those marked with (≈) Are Salary Jobs.
To Calculate Conversions, one must use Yen as the basis for all Currency.
Zeni-Yen: 1-1
Ryo-Yen: 10-1
Credits-Yen: 5-1
Beli-Yen: 10,000-1
This means, sadly, some currencies are not adequate to be transferred to others, this is why Yen is the standing universal translation.

Re: Monetary Systems
This is an old system that Nana was working on and i feel we should review this, make it better and repost it under an active staff member name. This could benefit our rp and we could start introducing different types of prizes for events/tournaments as well as the purchase of certain things for each anime.
As it was brought up to me by @Kumo we could create a universal quest system in as well and this would go hand in hand with it.
