DESCRIPTION OF CHARACTER| Reese "Gabriel" Celestin (リース・セリスティン, Rīsu Seresutin) is a regular human who, through a series of odd events, comes into sudden possession of the Authority of Greed (強欲の権能 Gōyoku no Ken'nō). His newfound abilities slowly begin to change his life forever. He soon garners the attention of the notorious Witch’s Cult and others; as he gains something of a reputation.

APPEARANCE| Reese has a tanned skin complexion and short and spiked, dark-green hair. His natural eye color is silver, however his eyes glow bright green when he uses Intoku. He is average height with a very fit physique maintained during his time as a P.E teacher. Reese has been stated to be rather handsome on a few occasions .His wardrobe consists of all manners of attire and he usually dresses for the occasion. However, he does seem to have a preference for hooded sweatshirts, and variations of camouflage pants and combat boots. He goes nowhere without his trusty backpack and his lucky pin button that features a caution notice. Reese also carries at least one tactical knife around with him at all times for protection, often concealed somewhere on his person.

PERSONALITY| Reese was once a quiet introvert who did his best to live his life being a decent and responsible young adult. There were many things he disagreed with and despised, but he was never outspoken about them and instead opted to live his life without causing waves. He was to a large degree invisible to most; but very liked by a few who were close to him. Even within his small group of friends, Reese often found that he didn’t feel in place. It was something about the formality of it all and the fact that, thanks to previous consultations, he knew about some of the darker secrets his friends had. A part of him could not comprehend how his friends could wear masks of smiles and joy while they harbored inside such feelings of jealousy, contempt, and even betrayal. Even deep down within himself, Reese knew that there were things he repressed and kept hidden out of the fear of seeming improper or causing unnecessary problems.

One life-altering experience changes all of that. Reese finally began to embrace what it meant to live his life to the fullest and to live only for himself. He became bluntly vocal, and outspoken about his beliefs and opinions. He lost his filter and his care for the feelings of others. He began to do what he wanted, when he wanted, and answered to no one. His ambition and strong will became his defining characteristics. Reese spent his days pursuing his elaborate hobbies that included pissing off government officials, committing petty crimes, meddling in supernatural affairs, and generally just being an asshole. Although, his favorite pastime was the procuring --through various methods-- of invaluable weapons and artifacts.

Reese believes that the only things a man has are his word, his wit, and his fists. He doesn’t believe in governments and politics. In fact, he would love to see all governments crash upon themselves and burn. Reese often takes pride in being a straightforward person, however, he is capable of being very cunning, manipulative, and passive-aggressive --and he does so willingly. Of his less favorable qualities; Reese can also be very prideful, arrogant and cruel. Despite his anarchistic nature, Reese is actually a very clever young man and often finds himself daydreaming about the solutions to world problems much bigger than himself or anything he has going on in his life.

BIOGRAPHY|
ORIGIN ARC
Reese was born into the the very wealthy Celestin family by father, Musashi Celestin, and mother, Klaudia Celestin. He lived his early years moving between America and Japan. At the age of 17 he ran away from his parents home and permanently moved to Karakura City where he took the job as a P.E teacher a year later. He would work and make a steady income for the next 5 years until he laid off due to staff cutting. Refusing to depend on his parents for support, Reese watches as his life takes a sudden dive for the worst. Stricken by anxiety and grief he makes the fateful decision to go on a random spree of activities and confessions that end with him jumping off a bridge into a lake. In the lake he happens  upon the body of an unconscious young woman and performs CPR to resuscitate her. The woman turns out to be a member of the Witch's Cult and Reese's bizarre adventure begins.

"You Brought Some BS To A Knife Fight"[Non-Release Passive Ability]: Reese is a master of several Knife Martial Arts and fighting techniques. As it is his most proficient form of combat he often calls upon his skills with the blade to win his battles. Of course, this means having answers for whatever tools his opponents may bring to the fight.

Stick 'n Move [Non-Release Ability]: Reese couples his heightened agility with his knife-skills to deliver devastating blows. If he is quick enough he can strike and retreat without his target having the opportunity to retaliate.

Variable Blade [Non-Release Ability]: Reese imbues his knives with his magic energy. This allows him to diversify the utility of his blades. He can cut through or deflect other magic techniques. Recall his blades with a magical tether. Launch ranged magical projectiles from his slashes and stabs. Used Element based magic to enhance his attacks. The weakness of this ability is that Reese thinks it's a cheap technique and hates using it. He can also only use 1 variation at a time. Trying to use it while he has Intoku active is very difficult.

Orthrus Style (鬼猟犬流, Oni Ryōken-Ryū) [Non-Release Ability]: A dual-blade fighting style developed by Reese. The style combines his knife martial arts with his sporadic and aggressive nature. Although it may appear unrefined and random, the technique is extensively focused on inflicting crippling, if not fatal, blows hidden within random attacks and feints. The style requires two blades at all times, and a third blade can be incorporated for throwing. This third blade is called Tail (尻尾, Shippo). The style is very motion heavy and requires great athleticism and flexibility, making it exhausting to use over long periods of time.

Authority of Greed (強欲の権能 Gōyoku no Ken'nō): Reese is able to use the Authority of Greed.

Reese can create barriers and store inanimate objects and artifacts within a pocket dimension accessed only by himself (Location of the GREED VAULT). This ability also guides Reese towards whatever he desires to have as long as it is a materialistic object. It cannot point him in the direction to find "love" or "happiness". Although he cannot be pointed in the direction of "knowledge" he can be guided to the exact paragraph, on an exact page, in an exact book, on an exact shelf, within an exact library, that has the information that he wants. The more things Reese collects the stronger his urge to obtain things becomes.

Concealment (隠匿 Intoku): Allows User to create various forms of barriers with different strengths and purposes. The shapes and sizes of the barriers are decided by the user, but of course the more complicated the barrier the more mana it exhausts. User can creates the barriers by invoking different incantation and movements.

Authority of Lust (色欲の権能 Shikiyoku no Ken'nō): Reese is able to use the Authority of Lust.
He can perform contracts with spirits and people through desire inducement to cause extreme infatuation towards him. The contracted feed off of Reese's Mana and he can manipulate their desire to heighten his abilities through Lust Aura.

Fervor (情熱 Jōnetsu): Reese manipulates the desire of the spirit or person he is contracted with and creates an Aura of energy that grants him special abilities.

"You've Been - Thunderstruck!": Reese uses his Wind Magic to create currents of opposing gusts of wind. Forcing them to collide generates friction which in turn create static electricity. The resulted static electricity discharge releases bolts of lightning at specified target. Direct hits electrocute and stun the target.
