He looks fairly young, more or less in his lower 20s. Long purple hair with a slender body and slight peach fuzz on his face. Not being a very physical training type of person he maintains his slender body with little muscle mass but he is strong enough to fight head on with most hollows and opponents. Standing at about 5'9'' he is not the tallest person around.

He always wears the typical shinigami outfit however unlike most he wears a lab coat over his at all times nearly.

Personality:
Typically not one for combat, Locke tends to avoid confrontation as much as possible. Despite this aspect of his personality he is a very dark and sadistic person. Tends to treat his underlings like science experiments more than people. He has a complete disregard for all live unless it interests his research. He is not beyond sacrificing his underlings or superiors to gain the answers to what he seeks.
