Kumogakure - Homecoming

Ryuchi Cave
Regashi had taken his last step out Ryuchi cave and entered the clear open air once more after quite some time spent down there with the snakes. Though there was the clear problem that he had no idea where exactly that he was located in the world, since he was taken here against his will although it had played out in his favor greater than he expected. It was in that moment that it dawned on him that he had no idea the condition of Gadian, and despite the way that things were left off in the end of their conversation there was still the fact that this was a man that meant quite a bit to him.

Resentment had mostly faded away, but the problem was still the betrayal that he felt after everything that was done to him. The young Shinobi decided to take a moment and allow his breathing to relax and focus on the layout of the world around him with his Satorigan. He scanned the area in detail in order to determine the location of Gadian if he was still located anywhere near the cave. "Perhaps you decided to head back home..." There was moment where he took in a breathe of air and closed his eyes, attempting to feel the world in greater detail.

Slowly he opened his eyes and noticed that he was no longer in the fog covered forest pulling him away from the terrifying, although beautiful, layout of the forest. It took only a few moments for him to notice the details of the area that he was standing in and realized that he was standing in the midst of the Land of Lightning, albeit far from the Village Hidden in the Clouds. "Aye, ye best give me all of yer valuables now." A smirk slid on the face of Regashi as he turned around and laid his eyes on a simple bandit. 

"Perhaps you should just turn around and walk away now." He gave a shrug as he rolled the fingers of his right hand covered in the intricate snake gauntlet, but it appeared that the bandit was either foolish or truly confident of his own abilities. "Or not..." He gave a shrug as the bandit made his approach, "Thunder Style: Thunder Piercing Jutsu." Two quick hand signs and Regashi pointed the index finger of his left hand at the bandit launching a light blue bolt of lightning. The lightning collided with the right shoulder of the bandit and blew him back onto the ground. "I warned you."

He turned away and faced the direction of the nearby mountains and gave a sigh, "I need to figure out where I landed so I can find out which way is the Village Hidden in the Clouds."

Learned a New Jutsu

Somehow, he was able to make it back home without fully grasping the extent of what could have been able to cause such an incredible feat. There was a moment that he spent attempting to understand what technique could have been able to do such a thing before he took into consideration that concept behind the summoning jutsu that could be used to bring forth the snakes at his call could be used to send something away in the same manner. It would make sense since Regashi had only recently discovered the nature behind such a concept in his own way which allowed him to perform a similar technique of his own accord. He had to do his best to push that out of his mind, deciding that it would be best to focus on the task at hand and gather the power that was requested of him. He was meant to travel to various locations throughout the land of Shinobi and allow the nature that flows through the land to natural become one with him. This was the base for Senjutsu, to absorb natural energy and find a way to allow the chakra to be molded into a way that could increase the power that he had and that would be accomplished by being where the source of the nature is in an abundance. 

This is why he settled on heading to the Land of Lightning, on one part it was the place that he had called home that he grew up in. The Village Hidden in the Clouds, a place in the middle of where thunder and lightning is as common as the air that they breathe but not a place above the troubles that face the unfortunate. They are capable of using the energy naturally generated from Lightning as a form of electricity on the standard side of things, but those that could manage the control over chakra in the slightest would find an affinity to Lightning and the power that came with it. Regashi allowed the static air to become part of his senses as he drifted into a moment of meditation standing there before he felt the resistance from various sources. He was not one of the better trackers, or more so a lack of sensor techniques made for a poor ability to track someone. He heavily depended on his eyes and that was not always the best course of action. "Tokuigue of the Village Hidden in the Clouds?" 

Slowly Regashi would turn around to face the voice that spoke from behind him, realizing that he was so stuck in his own trance that he did not notice the individual approach. Although they did not seem threatening nor did they have an appearance that they meant any harm but it did not mean that the young Shinobi was able to avoid being precautions especially when being announced in such a manner. "There is a huge bounty on your head from the World Government, and they do not care if you are dead or alive and truth be told..." The random individual had a smirk as he prepared himself for something, but the Satorigan quickly revealed the large build up of chakra. "Earth Style: Stone Wall Technique." The man pressed his hands to the ground and lifted up a wall in front of him, "Earth Style: Fissure Technique." As the wall completed the formation, the ground beneath Regashi tore open and revealed a chasm below. As the trap ripped open Regashi dashed forward and found himself on the other side of the man with his arm piercing through the shoulder. 

The arm was entirely removed from the body but the energy was enough to burn the wound. As he performed that action, he noticed a strange symbol on the back of a sheet of paper falling out of the man's pocket. " You will survive..." He spoke distracted as he reached for the paper on the ground and pulled it up to look at it revealing the opposite side first. He took note of the paper with his appearance on it, albeit a bit older, with a bounty amount that could be rewarded for his capture. As he turned it back to the back side and saw the symbol that was drawn on it and realized what it was that he was looking at. "A communication tag?" This was a jutsu used to convey messages to others who were further away, with a prerecorded set of words that could be heard by any with the receiving end of the tags. Regashi slowly released some of his chakra in order to release the technique and hear what was said.

"The Bounty has been encountered." After the words spoke, the paper caught fire and immediately a beam of light launched up and scratched the sky gently for a moment before dissipating entirely. 

An annoyed sigh slipped from his lips, "Well, that is inconvenient."

Thunder Style; Chidori:
Description: A thunder technique that gives off the sound of 1,000 birds.

"Even though the World Government was able to be kept at bay, it does appear that their money has created an influence for those that value wealth over the pride of their home." Regashi had taken a moment as he released a surge of Chakra through his hands which started to generate heat before the paper was burned to ash. There was a look of questioning as he allowed his mind drifted off into other details before snapping back to reality, "Either way, I have to find the archives and see what Sasuke was able to accomplish." His hands proceeded to move through various hand signs as the Chakra from his core start to flow freely throughout his body aggressively. Slowly he was focusing on pulling Chakra from around him, generating the amount of power needed before he ended on Tiger. 

Instantly his eyes shifted from their soft blue color to a strong vibrant purple as the world started to seem smaller to him but in greater detail. His vision expanded to a range beyond his standard view, but even with the several kilometers that he has covered with his gaze he was not able to located the Village Hidden in the Clouds but there was something that seemed to be helpful. He noticed, along the distance, that there was a convoy that was headed aware from the direction of the wind, meaning that they were coming from the mountain pass leading towards the water. 

"They may be from the Village Hidden in the Clouds, but are you sure they will be friendly with you?" Chomei interjected as Regashi prepared to depart from his current location, but he was confident in his decision and waved them off by shaking his head. In a burst of speed, he left his currently location leaving the bandit behind him. Regashi continued to run forward until eventually he ended up a short distance from the convoy of Shinobi from the Village Hidden in the Clouds and determined that they were escorting something. There were a total of seven Shinobi, which meant that it was a big deal with what ever it was that they were handling.

There was a brief moment where Regashi considered his many options to approach the situation, but finally realized that he did not have the time to perfom some elaborate plan and settled on the path of least resistance. He appeared in front of the convey, with some distance between them to give a sense of comfort for the convey to feel they have enough space to respond to a potential threat. Still, they were already on edge and all armed themselves one way or another as Regashi raised both of his hands over his head in a way to show he was not threatening them at the moment. "I do not wish to disturb your mission, nor do I wish to cause any problems but I just need to get a general idea where we currently are so I can head to the Village Hidden in the Clouds."

He spoke calmly and plainly, showing that he was not planning anything underhanded and was willing to divulge any information that was requested in order to get the process over with faster. The convoy all seemed tense, unable to relax themselves enough to engage with Regashi as some of them looked between themselves to determine the best course of coordinated action. Eventually one of them, potentially the higher ranked or more senior shinobi at least, decided to speak up. "Who are you and what do you want with the Village Hidden in the Clouds?" The elder shinobi was defensive as he spoke with kunai in hand and a careful eye on Regashi.

"Honestly, I am planning to get into the Archives located underneath the former Raikage's office in order to study the guarded Seal Scrolls of the information gathered on Lightning Release Techniques, included the Raikage's unique Black Lightning and also discover if there is any information that can allow me to understand the extent that Chidori, Sasuke's signature technique, could be used and potentially reveal the greatest Lightning Technique available to learn." Regashi decided that he was going to be entirely transparent, and this was the proof that he was going to do so speaking with complete honesty of his intentions and goals. "I am..." There was a pause as he thought about his words and felt he had to keep to his own truth, "I was a Shinobi, Jounin, of the Village myself. Tokuigue of team Shoryu, only child of Rosuto Hyuga and Eko Hokori."

It seemed that those words specifically rang out to the members of the group as they looked at him, as a single one of the group spoke up first, "He has a bounty on him from the World Government..." Calm expression started to leave his face as Regashi looked on at the group, concerned that they too were going to bring a complication to his day. There was a disgruntled sigh as he looked at them, "A few members of the World Government are going around looking for him, causing problems in the Village Hidden in the Clouds because of his actions."

Regashi was immediately caught by the statement made by the Shinobi, hearing that the World Government had not only brought some of their influence in the Land of Shinobi but were actively bringing trouble to his home village and because of him. He considered what could have pushed them to act as such, but then it must mean that they have sent small units or that several Shinboi may have decided that the new world order was just the thing that they needed to follow. "He lost control over in the Land of Z and they are after the Jinchuuriki."

"I always knew that Jinchuuriki were nothing but a problem!" They were all becoming more vocal and with increased volume, and it was starting to frustrate Regashi quickly, but he held together as best he could as they continued to voice their distaste for the Tailed Beast and those that become the vessel for these beings. "I think we should ease our troubles and deal with him now." The most vocal of the group decided to step foward with intense desire but was stopped by the first that spoke.

"You do realized that the World Government wants him because he slaughtered an entire crew that they dispatched right?" His words seemed to have struck the quiet ones first, "You also understand that you are attempting suicide by claiming to deal with the Junchuuriki for the Seven Tailed Beast." It appeared that his words were starting to get to a few of them but the most stubborn in the convoy, "Even dispite that, you are going to face someone with the Byakugan who is a trained Anbu Black Operative, the Scorpian." That was the point that broke the most persistant of the group, realizing that they were in a tight spot and quickly realizing that the stress of the World Government attempting to spread themselves further and further. 

"The World Government was unsuccessful in their Buster Call to claim the Land of Shinobi, but it was far from a total failure because they were able to get individuals on our land and use the strain between the many lands as a launchpad to push everything into another Ninja War." The man seemed sincerely concerned, "We are unsure of what to do, but most villages are starting to close their border to one another and focus on protecting themselves, unsure of who to trust while some have reached out to other lands to bolster their numbers and their power." 

"I know the trouble that the World Government has been causing, and it extends well beyond our borders and, with some of the individuals I have encountered and observed, beyond the world that we know call home." He thought about the many creatures that he ran into during his Anbu mission, and the tournamnet that he engaged in combat with for information. "Before I can move forward against the World Government, I need to get strong and in order to do that I need to study what the Raikage's before us have learned. We have hidden the secrets away to protect them from being exposed, but the world is no longer the Five Great Shinobi Countries. The World is lands beyond our understand, and it is time that we stand up." He finally put his hands down and decided he will not waste his time any further and proceeded to walk the direction they were coming from, "So step up, or step aside." Regashi pushed passed each of the Shinobi, with little care on how they felt about it and preapre to react if need be. 

"Wait."

"You can't stop me." He paused for a moment.

The Shinobi chuckled, "I don't plan to, but you are heading the wrong way." Regashi turned to see the Shinobi pointing in a specific direction and each of them smiled to one another. 

"Thanks." Regashi instantly lept in the air and launched into flight towards the direction. 

"Sir..? Why would you help him?"

"Because he has the force of a Thunderstorm in his soul."

The path was now clear on where the young Shinobi was headed towards as he flew through the air, feeling cold sensation of the breeze flowing along the skin of his face. The sounds of his scarf was being pulled through his momentum with a beautiful red and blue streak trailing behind him. His eyes were trained on the direction that he could now recognize as where the Village Hidden in the Clouds was located. Normally it would be difficult to traverse the Mountains and discover the hidden village, but the one benefit of the Flight Technique is that he could go above the peaks and approach the Village without too many obstacles. 

Any true challenge on infiltrating the village is attempting to approach through the mountains or from the water on either side of the Land of Lightning. The elevation of the village provides ample ability to prepare for any assault that is attempting to make its way to the Village Hidden in the Clouds, not to mention overcoming the elevation change in such a quick pace. Suddenly a huge explosion occurred nearby in the air and threw Regashi down several meters before he was able to gather himself, still feeling the pain from the shock wave of the explosive force that just happened. "What the hell was that?" It took a moment for him to gather himself, both physically and mentally. 

Another explosion took place nearby and once again the shock wave was enough to cause him to shift his trajectory, unsure of what was causing those explosions but there was certainly true force behind them. As he gathered himself, he focused his gaze for a moment on the surrounding air and recognize something that he was unable to identify early. Pockets of energy were in the air placing him in an aerial mind field. "Shit." The closer that he got to the Village Hidden in the Clouds, the greater amount of these Air Mines that he could see and making it harder and harder to navigate through the air and forced him to ground himself in the mountains nearby. 

He was hoping that he was going to get closer before the looming thunderclouds arrived in full force, but it appeared that some of his travel will have to be on foot. Once he made it on the surface, he launched himself forward using an aggressive burst of speed and momentum to get along faster. His desire to speed up came from the fluctuation of energy signatures, but more so the recognizable pair of Chakra from Sozo and Debu and the broken flow. "Might want to move faster, or else you might not have much luck in helping out." Chomei was attempting to be helpful, but the words of choice that it delivered were certainly far from helpful.

"Primal Force - Swift Movement." Suddenly Regashi's feet started to discharge small bolts of electricity before he launched forward into a blur, launching from rock face to rock face until he eventually found himself near the main entrance of the Village Hidden in the Clouds meant for the public access for various reasons. There, in the near distance, several individuals could be seen wearing uniforms that did not belong to the Ninja of the Village. It became easy to identify the uniforms as members of the World Government, with some wearing the traditional uniforms of a ninja but with minor alterations identifying the World Government.

"Do not say a word." He froze as he felt the edge of sharp blade press to the back of his neck, unsure of what to do as the sudden shock caught him off guard and prevented the immediate activation of his Satorigan in full to see detail. "Come with me Toku." The voice sounded familiar, but the chakra was too difficult to recognize as he turned around to the figure in a full black cloak jump from the mountain into the valley below. Although Regashi was unsure of the situation, there was something that was familiar enough for him to believe that it was worth following.

As he descended into the valley below, something literally came from the mountain itself, a hand of a very large person reach out and pulled on Regashi. He half expected to be slammed into the mountain face but instead found himself being held in a room with Sozo, Gadian, and Debu. There were other ninja in the room, but none that Regashi would immediately recognize. Regashi and Debu gave each other a long look, "Still looking larger than life Osore." A pause in the moment, mostly due to Regashi responding not in agitation but with the name of his birth.

He then looked over at Sozo, completely ignoring Gadian, "So what is going on up there?" He inquired to Sozo, believing that she would have the most details. Debu slowly let Regashi down on the ground after receiving a hand gesture from Sozo.

"How do we know you are not working with the World Government?" There was a clear sign of hurt as Sozo approached and Regashi could see the pain in her eyes as well as the new scars that decorate her body in detail.

A smile came to his face, "Because Chomei convinced me to be the better version of myself." There was a mocking smile provided, "Besides, I came here to find the Lightning Scroll to help me eliminate the World Government, entirely. 

"Hm." For a moment, that was all that she could manage to voice up. "You have quite a bit to be caught up on."

"I noticed." He followed Sozo who took him deeper into the cave, a feeling that felt all too familiar for many reasons as she explain the situation. That the World Government had apparently successfully made a deal with the Land of Water to allow them to have a foothold on the Land of Shinobi and continued to spread their influence through money and resources from the other lands that they have acquired. The Village Hidden in the Cloud stood strong, but the Damiyo was not as resilient and they convinced him to severe the connection between the Village Hidden in the Clouds. It was not long after that the Jounin Commander in Charge gave in as well and surrendered control of the Village. 

The World Government had claimed two lands for from the Land of Shinobi, aiming to control more even with the constant resistance but the forces of the World Government had easy access to both Countries via Maritime Transportation. After everything was explained Regashi could only state a straight purpose, "Just get me to him, and I will handle the rest." Confusion spread throughout the group, but the murmurs stopped the moment Regashi allowed his chakra to release freely, feeling his body absorb natural energy. "Get me close to the Jounin in Command, Admiral of Betrayal, and I will end his life." Many could sense the power that stood in the body of Regashi. 

"Toku, we can only get one solid shot for you." Sozo and Regashi looked at one another for a moment, one posing a question to the other.

"Sozoshi... All I need is one." That was enough for them to agree to be on the same page and work towards eliminating the threat. The plan was being created and prepared for an assault like no other by the Village Hidden in the Clouds since the collection of the lands.

The plan was in motion, and everyone was prepared for what may come. The numbers were not large, but the tactics were decently planned between the citizens of the Village, from recently graduated Genin, to a handful of Jounin. No matter their rank or background, everyone looked directly at the team before them. Hiko Shogekiha, Osore Shinsei, and Regashi Hokori all coordinated a plan involving all of the people prepared to give their lives in the hopes that they will be able to reclaim their village and hopefully reclaim their home from the World Government.

All of the rebels stood at one of the entrances that lead to a main area underneath the Village. They stood on top of a seal that Regashi crafted, explaining that this will allow him to send them to the surface in different areas so that they could have the element of surprise. "Everyone ready?" Sozo wanted to make sure that everyone was on the same page. Each of the Ninja from the Village Hidden in the Clouds looked at one another prepared to do what ever it would take. Debu gave a nod once everyone was set in place on the seal. "Toku- I mean, Regashi?"

Regashi gave a soft nod, "Alright. Debu, you know what to do."

A flow of chakra started to consume his body as he tapped into the tailed beast power and placed his hands on the seal, "Good luck to you both." There was a flash of light as everyone started to look at the three of them before they all vanished leaving Sozo and Regashi to stand alone in the cave.

"I hope Debu will be able to handle them... I doubt they will be happy being sent away from their home..." Regashi turned to look at Sozo as he started panting for a moment, trying to catch his breath. "Do you need a moment?" He simply shook his head as he approached Sozo with a somber expression. "And don't you dare send me away."

He could see her expression and let out a smile, "I wouldn't dare face your wrath from that." A chuckle slid from his lips, "But I need you to follow the plan, placing all of the paper seals on victims that need to be released, and set the markers throughout the village for me. After that, I will start to clear everyone out while you deal with any targets." Slowly his head turned away towards the exit point, "Once I have cleared every of the possible damage, you and I will deal with the Marine Admiral that they placed here." Without looking, he pulled her in for a hug which completely took Sozo off guard. She pulled her arms around him as well before letting go.

"Stop acting like I won't see you after we kick their ass." She laughed as she pulled herself to the surface and started the plan. 

A sigh came from his lips after she left as his left eye started to sting and close with a bloody tear forming, her vision becoming shared with his.

Regashi was able to witness what it was that Sozo was doing, as she brought herself into the air and rushed through the village. Every few moments, she would launch Kunai into walls and various locations randomly. As this went on, he walked over to the table nearby in the hidden den area where various tools and items were. A specific item caught his eye when he first arrived, especially when he was informed that they raided the reserve and gathered all items that were stored away. A small orange like crystal ball with a decorative star on it, or in this case seven stars. Regashi learned a lot during his time with the Anbu Black Ops and traveling the known world to explore and the greatest of them all was the Dragon Balls. The Land of Z provided information on these little orbs and promised great things and Regashi sought them out, and after finding one in the land of Z and another was stashed away in Ryuchi cave on one of the many bodies that were lost there; he was only 4 more away from gathering them all.

He placed his hand on the orb and focused his chakra before the orb faded away entirely. "Soon..."

The battle on the surface had begun, and Regashi was prepared to perform what was needed to make sure that this all worked out. His left eye could see several of the member of the World Government, locals as well as foreign individuals, who were starting to notice the many ninja tools that were being thrown places. Sozo was already directed as to where many of the people were located with the help of the Satorigan allowing him to see the various chakra signatures that were scattered on the surface. "Here goes nothing." He spoke hesitantly under his breath as he brought his hands together for a hand sign and vanished from the dreadful cave underneath the Village Hidden in the Clouds. 

Instantly he found himself standing in front of a door with his hand gripping the handle of the kunai that was thrown into it moments prior. He turned to throw it towards another direction before entering the doorway to see a middle aged woman standing against the wall with a frying pan in her hand and her small son clinging to her leg behind her. The tears on her face showed the concern that she had, and it was clear that she herself was not a Shinobi but perhaps her partner or member of the family was. "I am not here to hurt you." He approached with a single half step raising both of his hands in the air to show her he was unarmed.

It was clear that the woman was not so easily convinced of that as she pulled herself closer to the wall keeping her child out of harms way, "I know you are scared and worried, with good reason, but I am here to help you and the rest of the Village." Nothing seemed to be strong enough to convince her that he was not a problem like the others that were attempting to place control over the Land of Lightning and decided that he had only one mark to try and prove himself. He revealed his chest to her, hesitating, and showed the Iron Seal over his heart that was established by his parents long ago. A price that is paid only for those that are loyal to the Village itself showing that Regashi was the price paid but a bond to a village even if it betrayed him. "I need you to trust me and let me get you," His gaze shifted to the child, "Both of you out of here."

A few moments passed where Regashi remained still, waiting for her reaction, and slowly he could see the nerves start to settle slightly bringing the weapon in her hand down. Her only response was a soft nod as she held back further tears from rolling down her face, "I will get you somewhere safe, and there Debu will take care of you and the others." He approached gently and placed a hand on her shoulder and allowed his eyes to meet the young child and gave a smile, "Make sure to take care of your mother." The kid gave a reassured nod as Regashi placed his hand on the child's shoulder as well before swelling up his chakra. 

They immediately faded away, sent to a place of security with Debu. With a sense of satisfaction, Regashi departed from the small living place and made his way to each and every tagged Kunai and entered every building that held people and gave them the chance to escape. This way, Regashi was able to enter every house undisturbed as the attention was starting to build towards Sozo with urgency. It took longer than he would have liked since many people were hesitant and even a few were supporting of the World Government and needed to be dispatched before they alerted anyone, but he eventually was able to get everyone out of the village no matter what side of the conflict that they were on.

Regashi eventually stood back on the main road leading to the Kage's office, but he did not have to travel far as his eyes shot up towards the sky to see something approaching him. It did not take long for him to realize who it was as he jumped into the air to catch Sozo as she flew through the air and into his arms. The speed and force of her movement was enough to send him flying back a short distance and crashing into a building. The debris of the building started to crumble down and leave a dust cloud.

Eventually it cleared and a coiled up snake could be seen releasing itself before turning into smoke and revealing Regashi standing there holding Sozo who jumped free of him. "What the hell is that guy!?" Confused, Regashi attempted to look at Sozo but had to jump out of the way of a large energy spear flying through the air. Each of them able to barely avoid the attack and only Regashi was capable of recognizing the follow up attack of a massive fireball coming at them. Quickly Regashi launched himself towards Sozo and each of them faded from view. 

Shortly after, Regashi and Sozo found themselves in a different part of the Village. "What is going on? None of that was normal jutsu."

"Because that was not a Shinobi using those techniques." Confused, Regashi attempted to speak but once more they were interrupted by a massive explosion nearby before the sudden impact of someone landing next them occurred. Each of them were able to lay eyes on a man in strange armor with literal electrical energy radiating from his body and bright glowing golden hair. 

"Come on. Give me a battle worth my life!" It appeared that this man was focused on battle as his deep green eyes scanned between the both of them, "The little girl was not worth my time, but perhaps you will prove a better challenge."

"A... Saiyan?" Regashi spoke, dreadfully.

Sozo looked confused upon Regashi as the man gave a smirk, "A SUPER Saiyan you insignificant worm, Celerro!" Sozo kept her eyes on Regashi, who could see himself through her eye as he turned his gaze. He could see his own eye looking back at him and it gave him an idea. As he motioned towards Celerro, Sozo instantly gathered the idea and threw a Kunai at the Saiyan. Though he was able to dodge it, he was unprepared to see Regashi vanish from sight. "A coward, eh?" He chuckled as Regashi appeared behind him and delivered a swift kick to the side of the Saiyans head and went flying a short distance away. 

He was able to catch himself bid drift and hover for a moment, "Oh, this is going to be fun." With that, he launched himself forward and Sozo and Toku once more fought side by side with everything they had...

The battle between the only two forces of the Village Hidden in the Clouds and the Super Saiyan of the World Government brought forth a collision of powers that delivered devastation throughout the village. Any individuals that remained in the village decided that it was best to depart as their eyes witnessed people fighting in midair at some of the points. The power was truly something to behold, as the physical abilities of Celerro was greater than what Regashi could manage no matter his speed or perceptive abilities with the Satorigan. Even the unique gift of Sozo and her fire techniques, it was not enough to cause remarkable damage. "Sozo, you need to find that scroll and help me read it. There are notes on a technique created by Sasuke Uchiha."

Immediately Sozo turned her gaze towards Regashi, noticeably bothered by being told to leave the battle in the heat of it all. "Are you serious right now?" He turned his gaze to her, only a single eye looking with the strong purple glow seeing as it was looking back at him. A strange sensation, but his focus was clear as the snake iris started to form and the white ink began to form around his eyes, "You...?" Sozo was well versed in things greater than Regashi when it comes to the Land of Shinobi and it was the sight of the eyes and the art pattern that revealed to he the fact that Regashi had achieved use of Senjutsu and gave a smile. "Holding out on me?" Regashi gave a smile of his own towards Sozo as she nodded in response. 

She turned away from him, "You better not die until I get back." In a rush of motion Sozo turned away and left the immediate area.

"You are not going anywhere." Celerro appeared from the smoke of a building with his hand pointed out generating a large ball of energy, his gaze fixed on Sozo before unleashing the force of the blast towards her. Regashi found himself standing in front of the blast and using his speed was able to beat on the blast with his impact strikes until the energy completely dissipated leaving the young Shinobi standing there with his altered pale skin and altered iris. "Oh, quite impressive." Instantly Celerro rushed forward as Regashi lept to meet him...

Sozo rushed her way towards the Archives, making her way through the few marines that were stationed to come with Celerro. They were honestly not even a problem compared to her powers, but the battle with Celerro definitely took its toll. She felt a rain drop land on her body as she entered the cavern leading into the archive. The smoke had generated a thick rain cloud overhead, but she was focused on finding the scroll. In the back of the cavern sat some of the artifacts that have been gathered, items that are precious to a Shinobi and have yet to been claimed by the World Government acquisitions. 

The moment she opened the scroll the first thing that she noticed was that it was blank, a blank scroll with not a drop of ink on it. The amount of frustration she had was immeasurable, and so much so that she was sure she could feel Regashi as he looked on to the moment himself. Her frustration built up as she thought of Regashi by himself facing Celerro and how incapable she is to help out. All she could think about would be the times that Regashi suffered dealing with the tension of the tailed beast and so much more. Her right eye started to sting once more, like it had so long ago and suddenly the page became legible. 

The center of the page gave form of the Uchiha Symbol, and a small written line explaining that only the Uchiha shall lay eyes on this power. Confused, Sozo continued to analyze the technique in detail, shocked by the power that was being explain.

Regashi delivered a strong strike to the abdomen of Celerro, believing that he would be able to disable enough of the nerves but the Saiyan persisted and crushed Regashi down into the ground. As he fell, his skin reverted to normal and his body fell mostly limp. "Not to bad kid, but in the end humans, no matter what kind of power they have, will never live up to the power of a Saiyan." As he spoke that line, Sozo arrived to see Regashi attempting to get up and feeling her left eye burn for a moment. She realized that Regashi was unable to maintain the technique.

Suddenly, he appeared in front of her with his foot on a Kunai that was protruding from the debris of one of the buildings. "Sozo, you need to run." He spoke with his left arm limp to his side, unable to move it as blood drenched his clothes. His left eye remained closed, unable to open as his purple snake eye remained fixed. His body started to heat up and give off waves of energy as he pulled her into his arm and placed a gentle kiss upon her lips. Her surprise was replaced by an anguished smile before he pulled away, "And now that I loved you." 

"Loved?" Before the word could fully leave her lips, she felt something strange like being pulled away and disappeared from his grasp as his body fell from using her as a support. 

"When I am done with you, I will hunt her down and make sure she knows you died here alone." Celerro approached the broken Regashi and grabbed him by the throat and pulled him up off of the ground. 

"Thunder Style..." Regashi spoke through strained breath as blood continued to poor down his body with the supported rainfall. Lightning began to discharge throughout the sky as a massive lightning beast in the sky appeared, "Kirin..." His right hand became charged with lightning as he gripped firmly onto the arm of Celerro as the massive beast rushed down in the form of lightning devastating this section of the Village and everything around it...
