Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, And Genjutsu
Note l All elemental related attacks are assumed to be based on energy, unless otherwise stated, including those within different category of jutsu. All things can be dodged, and all things can be broken/deterred if they fall within one tier below the said power of jutsu in terms of strength/energy.
If you find a jutsu not to be included in these lists, there is likely an issue with it placed into a RP setting, but feel free to pm a mod/admin with the said jutsu, rank, and description you wish to have. You will then be prompted with its rank and requirements, or given a reason as to why it is not applicable on this site.
Combat Restrictions l Elemental attacks are to be handled with common sense, if two opposing elements are used by persons with similar 'energy', then the stronger element of the two would have a slight advantage, while if the 'fire' were significantly stronger in terms of energy than say water, the water would still be on the losing side of the battle.
Limited Acquirement l You can only learn one jutsu per day, by posting the required words to obtain the said Jutsu. We will not be heavily enforcing the said training, as long as It is within reason. IF one requires 1,500 words to learn, and you post taking a long walk off a short pier without actually giving some reason why they learned it -or in some cases a flashback etc- , then it will be denied.
Secondly, include any Jutsu you may learn on both your character sheet, along with submitting them as (X jutsu learned -insert link here- )along with your weekly WC submissions. We will trust that all persons have been actually acquiring their spells until otherwise further actions become needed, such as including links to a particular post that the person learned some jutsu or technique within their character sheet.

C-Rank l Requires 40 Energy, and 500 WC

Name: Fire Style; Fireball Jutsu:
Description: A single fireball shot at opponent
Name: Fire Style: Fire Run
Description: This technique creates a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (so far, rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Style: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Style: Divine Down Current to release a massive inferno.
Earth l
Name: Earth Style; Quicksand Jutsu:
Description: Forms a quicksand under opponents.
Name: Earth Style: Earthen Corridor
Description: This technique causes the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.
Wind l
Name: Wind Style; Slash
Description: The user waves his hand and creates multiple blades of wind, which combine to form a single, large blade of air.
Name: Wind Style: Divine Wind
Description: The user releases a gust of wind that forms several small tornadoes. Combined with Fire Style: Fire Run that forms a circle on ground level, this creates a massive flaming hurricane.
Water l
Name: Water Style; Black Rain:
Description: A black mist that covers the battle field
Ability: Cosmetic, generally hinders the sense of sight for all those within. Has a menial effect on all persons perception beyond a few meters.
Name: Water Style: Hiding in Water Jutsu
Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique. It was shown that this technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle, as seen when the Demon Brothers used it to ambush Tazuna and his bodyguards.
Ability: Unable to use mid-combat, similar to shinigami's similar ability.
Lightning l
Name: Thunder Style; Peircing Thunder Jutsu:
Description: A thunderbolt fire from the hand of the user.
Name: Thunder Style; Shock pulse
Description: Electricity surges in the palm of the users hands, and upon physical contact with another person unleashes a pulse shock into their body wherever the opponent is struck
Ability: Only effects the specific appendage or area of body hit.
Ice l
Name: Ice Style; Ice Prison Jutsu
Description: This technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice underground and bring it to the surface. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. It is strong enough to withstand basic Fire Release techniques, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice.
Non-Elemental l
Name: Dispell:
Description: All ninja use this to combat against genjutsu in the field of battle. This is learned during the academy years so once they are genin they have this skill at their disposal.
Ability: dispels genjutsu. learned in levels.
Name: Sensory Jutsu
Description: The Sensing Technique allows sensor type shinobi to detect and track down targets through their chakra signatures. The range of this technique varies between sensors.
Ability: Allows user to turn into Sensor Mode and sense anyone's near by presence, doesn't work on those more than 15,000 power above themselves, or people who otherwise have techs or abilities to hide their presence.
C-Rank l Requires 40 Energy, and 500 WC

Name: Earth Style; Earth Wall:
Description: Creates a stone wall in front of the user strong enough to repel jutsu.
Ability: follows the same combat restrictions as attacks in terms of blocking.
Name: Earth Style: Earth Golem Jutsu
Description: This technique allows the user to create a large, humanoid creature composed of rock that can either be expelled from the user's mouth or formed from a nearby, pre-existing source of earth. Depending on the user, the golem can be formed instantly.
Ability: Forms a Golem of rock that is dependent on ones energy. The longer it is formed the more strain it has on the users stamina.
Name: Earth Style: Mobile Core
Description: This technique grants the user the ability to lower or raise the ground in the surrounding area, allowing them to create giant holes or elevations in the ground. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered or raised to is also up to the user.
Name: Earth Style: Stone Fist Jutsu
Description: By encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power.
Ability: Energy based, a form of physical attack for non-strength users essentially.
Fire l
Name: Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation
Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range. This makes the technique extremely difficult to either avoid or contain, with it requiring the combined efforts of several Water Release users in order to extinguish the flames.
Name: Fire Style; Phoenix Flower Jutsu:
Description: Creates a cascade of fireballs that are shot at opponent.
Name: Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Shuriken Jutsu
Description:The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, and at the same time, exhales fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim, or any other object caught within their trajectories. Due to the chakra-based nature of the flames that surround them, the shuriken will continue to burn after impact, regardless of the flammability of the object that they ultimately collide with.
Name: Fire Style; Dragon Flame Jutsu:
Description: The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
Water l
Name: Water Style: Hardened Water Drill
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.

Name: Water Style: Syrup Trap
Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Description: A blade of black wind shot at opponent
Lightning l
Thunder Style; Chidori:
Description: A thunder technique that gives off the sound of 1,000 birds.
Name: Thunder Style; Lightning Beast Running Jutsu
Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack.
Ice l
Name: Ice Style; Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger
Description: This technique allows the user to manipulate preexisting ice and form it into a giant tiger, thus requiring a nearby source of ice in order to use this technique. It is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques it comes into contact with.
Non-Elemental l
Name: -X Style- -X clone-
Description: Creates a clone of -insert element here- that is able to attack.
Ability: Clones have similar speed and appearance as the user, but their attacks are more or less superficial in terms of damage. Persons of equal or higher power can easily discern the real from the fake after a short moment of concentration. Clones are meant for deception, not strength.
Name: Summoning Jutsu:
Description: The Summoning Technique is a space–time Ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly.
Ability: Allows user to summon creatures they have a blood-pact with.

Taijutsu on the other hand has been a bit mixed up from their ranks to be slightly more fitting. Some have effects, some don't . I revised the taijutsu all the way up to S-Rank, which I have yet to include.

Name: Leaf Gale
Description: The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.
Name: Leaf Hurricane
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.
Name: Dancing Leaf Shadow
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.
Ability: Makes the opening for one of the abilities that go with this.
Name: Falcon Drop
Description: The user grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground, similar to the Front Lotus.
Name: Leaf Gust
Description: Using simple, yet effective strikes, the user begins to spin rapidly and with a strong rotative high kick hits the opponent.
C-Rank l Requires 40 Strength, and 500 WC

Name: Leaf Great Violent Sky
Description: The User runs at his opponent, kicks them, spin kicks them, punches them multiple times, then punches them into the sky. Once in the air, user performs a spinning attack head first and kicks his opponent into the ground. Finally, he poses by raising his arms and bringing his legs together.
Name: Severe Leaf Hurricane
Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.
Thunder Style; Chidori Breaker
Description: User punches his enemy twice, sweeps their feet and kicks them twice sending them high into the air. He then uses the Chidori and holds his hand up having them fall on it back first.
Name: Lions Barrage
Description: A taijutsu unique to Sasuke Uchiha and a variant of the Front Lotus. Sasuke develops it after using his Sharingan to copy the first part of the move. It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.
Requirements: Dancing Leaf Shadow
Name: Strong Fist
Description: Strong Fist is Guy's and Lee's characteristic fighting style, the purpose of which is to cause external damage and break bones. It is the exact opposite of Gentle Fist which is used mainly by the Hyūga clan. This style of fighting involves smashing your opponent and is generally used only by extremely physically powerful and dominating shinobi.
Ability: Direct hits are treated as if the user had an additional 5 strength, only from basic attacks claiming to be used from this style of fighting, doesn't stack with other techniques or abilities.
B-Rank l Requires 70 Strength, 750 WC

Name: Night Phoenix
Description: A taijutsu where the user is covered by flames, in a specific shape as though resembling a phoenix. When the move hits, the opponent goes ablaze.
Ability: Flames caused by literal friction, damage of them equal to half the users strength, can only apply at most 2nd degree burns.
Name: Cloak of Lightning
Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed.
Effect: Gives user 10 speed for up to 4 posts, followed by -5 stamina for the remainder of the fight.
Name: Lariat
Description: The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, which can be coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick, powerful and is easily capable of knocking down an opponent.
A-Rank l Requires 100 strength, 1,000 WC

Name: First Gate
Description: The user opens the first of eight chakra gates, granting the user a temporary surge of physical strength. The drawback of this technique being that users almost always retain physical pain following the use of this technique
Effects: Upon activation the user gains 12 strength for up to 5 posts, followed by -7 stamina for the remainder of the fight.
Name: Primary Lotus
Description: Front Lotus requires the opening of the first of the Eight Chakra Gates, giving the user five times their normal strength. The user launches the opponent into the air and then uses Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Once behind the opponent, the user restrains them and pile-drives them into the ground head first while rotating at a ferocious speed. Because it uses one of the chakra gates, the user is left extremely fatigued, making this technique a "double-edged sword".
Requirement: Eight Inner Gates: gate #1 + Dancing Leaf Shadow
Name: Liger Bomb
Description: After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armour, the Fourth Raikage grabs his opponent and lifts them high up into the air. Then, using his extreme strength, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb manoeuvre. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact
