Just to clarify things

Now alot of you may have noticed that Dragon Ball has been removed as a playable race but yet the Dragon Balls and locations are still in the rp. Well this is cuz the DB section was 100% dead, so it was removed from the playable race thing to save us the hassle of working with a dead race. However the aspect of it is still there. Characters made in that for rp is still there and so is locations. If you wish to have the rankings for it there we can do so, but the Saiyans are revived and are all NPC, so are the Namekians and many more. If you wish to have an NPC in your story go for it. We are not going to stop it. So do have fun and rp.
