Enter a New Life

"Why am I still alive? How could I survive that?" He opens his eyes to see the rain pouring down around him forming puddles everywhere. One of his hands were laying on a broken sword while he had a giant cut that slashed across his chest. Blood was pouring from the wound as he laid there in pain. "I should have died, but yet I'm still here. I guess this mission was a success." Behind him was a village covered in flames.

Footprints were heard walking close to him as he turned to look it was his comrades. "You really cut it close this time, Kirito." All Kirito could do was lay there with a smile on his face as he passed out from the blood loss. He blacked out only thinking that he was lucky to be alive.

~Back at the base camp~

Kirito slowly opened his eyes before sitting up quickly in bed. He looked around frantically as if he was not sure if he was dead or alive. Somehow he was still alive with pain striking him through his new chest wound. Looking around he could not see anyone near him nor around his tent. It would appear that they had either ran off or have left him here to die.

Slowly standing up he began to limp his way out of his tent into the sunlight. Taking his first look outside all he could see was piles of his comrades bodies just stacked there in front of his tent. "Who could have done this? Why are all of my friends and comrades laying here dead?!" He frantically cried out in horror as he couldn't help but feel the pain of losing everyone close to him within a matter of seconds. He only looked around for a moment when he saw something. It was a tattered flag flying on a pole, it was the flag of the World Government. His eyes began to grow wide as he had to hold down his anger. He just could not believe his eyes.

Looking at his dead allies all he could do was shed some tears while standing over their corpses. "Don't worry old friends, I shall get them for this. I swore I would never become a pirate. However in this situation I believe I could make an exception and take them down once and for all!!" Reaching out he grabbed two swords from the ground along with the sheaths. He took a torch that was near by and lit the pile of his dead allies on fire. "I do apologize I do not have the time to give you all a proper burial, I must go find a boat." He clapped his hands together as he began to send them off with a final prayer before placing his new swords at his left hip.

After the fire got through the entire pile of bodies he turned around to head towards the port town with a bloodlust filled within his eyes. It was revenge that he was after against the very World Government. The swordsman Kirito Gekko was about to become a force that no one would want to stand against.

Stopping half way down the mountain Kirito couldn't help but wonder what it was he could have done different. Sure he had the ability to wield two swords but he was not proficient with it in the least. If he was to set sail out to sea right now he would not only put his own crew in danger but anyone he bothered to fight alongside with. However without a crew or strong allies he could not pull off any of his goals as his entire last team were wiped out.

Slamming his fist against a tree he couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if he was awake during the attack. Was there really anything he could have done. Going down on his knees he just sat there wallowing in his own self pity. "What can I do now? Is there really anything I can do?" He just closed his eyes trying to control himself. Getting himself all worked up would be pointless at this time. It is true there was nothing he could do back then to stop his entire team from being killed. Now with his team dead the Revolutionary Army was no more. It was a Legacy left behind by Monkey D Dragon, whom had vanished the day of the great flash. Now with his whole team gone he had to carry on his former team's goal on his own. A long heavy burden was placed on his shoulders. But with a strong look in his eye Kirito brought himself to his feet once again with the determination to overcome the burden that he now carries.

"If I am weak I will train until I am no longer weak. If I fall I will rise again. I must now carry on all of their will and become the new voice of the people! I may not have the Revolutionary Army anymore but I will join someone new or form something of my own and continue from where we left off!" Standing firm on his own two feet Kirito drew out both of his swords holding them pointed up directly at the air he began to make an oath. "For as long as these arms can hold a sword, I will not give up and fight no matter who it it! I'll fight the very gods! I swear this to you all and on my soul!!"

He now had his main purpose in this world once again, with no plan for the future but his path was now clear. To become stronger he must first find his own confidence within himself and use it to sharpen his blades.

Keeping his swords on the air he couldn't help but feel like he could do some changes with the way he lived his life. After every mission he would always come back nearly half dead and really beat up. If he was to become the top fighter to take down the government he had to put a stop to that. Becoming stronger was his only option as he had no one to back him up anymore. Ever since the great flash everyone who was a leader or strong disappeared. It should have been obvious he couldn't be wreck less even then. However being the fool that he was he thought he could fall back on his allies for help. This was the grave mistake that he made and had to correct this with the coming future. With no one there to back him up anymore he had to learn to become strong on his own and protect his future comrades from any form of harm. To this end he was willing to push himself to his limits. Even if it meant facing death directly in the face.

He now grew a new look in his eye and that was one filled with spirit and will to fight once more. All he did to confirm this was swing his swords in a circular motion and cut the trees around him completely through. "No more faulting, no more being weak. I will become strong and change the world with my own two hands!!" His voice found something that had been missing from him since his own childhood, spirit and strength. With all of these factors coming back to him he began to feel himself grow in mind and physical. "The new group that I will form shall be called Motion 66, the goal of this group is to take down the World Government and bring peace back to the people! No more living in fear of our leaders!" With the new group name and objective in mind he began to practice with his swords once more.

Swinging them around as if they were as light as a feather he began to chop down trees with just one swipe each.  He already had this strength in him before hand but never could use it. He lacked too much in his personality to even swing his sword full strength at someone or anything for that matter. But now he found the reason to swing his swords at their strongest without holding back anymore. He was not just wanting revenge on the government, he wanted to make them pay for their years ruling the world using their power and status to install fear into the people of these lands. Today marked the start of the plans to finally make things truly peaceful in these lands.

For one final time he swung his swords around and cut down several trees at once. He stood up straight and tall to look at what he caused on the side of this mountain. Many trees were down and the land looked like a powerful wind storm had swept through causing a lot of damage. "I can become stronger than this. I must learn everything of this world and use it to protect my new group once I gather members. For now I am alone so I must prove my strength." There was so much unknown to him in this world but he was willing to learn more. By gaining the knowledge and power of the world he could even take on the World Government using the powers they feared the most.The things they feared the most was the power of knowledge of the people and raw physical power that could wipe them out. Kirito was sure that if he worked hard enough he could do all of these things and finally achieve his single goal.

To protect and serve the people of these lands he had to find all of the power and gather powerful allies. Nothing could get done alone and always needed strong allies to back him up. "I swear on my very soul I will become strong enough to protect my allies but also make them strong enough to protect the people around them as well." Standing his ground firmly he placed his swords back into their sheaths and looked out to the horizon. The pain of losing the Revolutionary Army was all Kirito needed to finally gain some confidence in himself and attain his true power.

He placed his left hand on the hilt of his top sword and began to think about what all he could do at this current time. The most he could think of was to make himself a strong swordsman and possibly become stronger with hand to hand combat. Either way he would become strong enough to fight against any powerful enemy and maintain strong allies. To keep his position of power he had to become stronger than anyone out there, even those he had not met yet. To all of those who would want to stand in his way all he had to say was good luck. Once he gains the strength he desires he was going to place down his flag and start pushing back against the government.

"This feels good to finally gain the confidence and strength that the good Monkey D. Dragon once taught us back in training. Too bad he is not here anymore. I will carry his legacy for him." He had great respect for the man who was once his leader and also heavy respect for his fellow Revolutionary Army allies. Everyone who was now gone, however he now had faith in himself to stand in their place. However with a new group and legacy to live. However Kirito decided to not be as soft as Monkey D. Dragon and actually face the Government directly and take them out. It was really the only way to really achieve his goal considering everything that has taken place very recently. He wasn't going to let his new group suffer the same fate as the Revolutionary army, no matter the cost he was going to fight with all of his strength that he could offer.

Shinoji was in his Halphas form. His Torso nude, only blue scales cover his arms. His Legs covered in what looks like scales. He had horns about ten inches long. On his back side, he had a wingspan of about fifteen feet across.

He was in the middle of a battle with a demon, one of whom he planned on absorbing for his satan soul ability. This demon was strong. Not like him though. He would have to be smart about this fight or else.....

Shit....


The demon had take advantage of his distraction and fired off dark magic. Shinoji then held up his right hand and deflected the Dark magic to the ground. That was only a distraction. The demon then appeared behind Shinoji, he could feel the Creatures breath... Shinoji then moved at an impossible speed to avoided the direct hit. He brought up his right hand again and then shot pink magic projectiles at the demon resulting in a direct hit. This pretty much pissed him off.


Right as the smoke cleared, the demon had gone. It appeared behind Shinoji again but this time positioned for a kick. The kick landed hard on Shinojis back. Sending him flying from the clouds into the ground below creating a crater the size of a house.

Standing there while practicing his sword fighting style he heard what sounded like clashing up in the skies. He wasn't quite sure as to what it was that was going on up there. However hearing all of the clashing made him uneasy. He had to find a way to bring them down here to land or at least find a way to them in order to figure this out for himself. But with them so far up in the sky how was he going to get them to come down. Then he began to think to himself and knew what it was he had to do.

With all of his swinging and slashing he noticed that he could form small gusts of wind with each swing. He figured if he swung hard enough he would be able to form a strong whirlwind. The main problem being how strong would he have to swing in order to make the attack to even work or go airborne. Perhaps if he just swung his swords in a circular motion but spun them in an upward motion that it would gain enough force to fight who ever it was up there.

"I only get one shot with this, otherwise I am dog food if I miss." He quickly pulled his swords back and pumped his muscles to their max and began to try attempt. Then out of the corner of his eye he watched as something or someone crash into a huge crater. Quickly brushing it off he then swung his swords at full force. "Ok what ever the hell you are up there, be ready to come down with a bang! Nitoryu: Taka Nami!" A giant whirlwind then formed around him going directly into the sky that caught something from hell in it. The beast then got swung around and got slammed into the ground just like the other one. "That other guy might be a good guy or of the sort. I guess I should team up with him. If he can fly then he would make a great ally."

Kirito quickly ran over to the other guy and stood at the edge of the crater and looked down at him. Keeping his eye on the newcomer he only spoke out to him. "That thing that you were fighting, I do not know what it was but I sent it crashing down into the ground some distance over there. Please do finish it before it kills innocent people." Kirito only turned around to face where the beast had landed. Only turning his head slightly to look back at the guy in the crater behind him only to watch his movements. "You are strong, I can tell just by how you were fighting that thing. Once your fight is over, join my crew. I intend to bring about change to the world and I could use your help as my right hand. It's up to you if you want to or not. Just do consider it." He only paused to wait for a response as he kept an eye on the beast ahead of him.

Shinoji wasnt really doing anything with his life. Just absorbing Demon after Demon.. His Power was unmatched, there wasn't another Satan Soul known besides his twin Mira.

"Demon, and Fine... Ill join your crew."

As soon as he said this, He flew past the man at incredible speed. The demon had been trying to get up. That sword form, and the wind.. As soon as Shinoji was on the demon, He secured him with dark magic to the ground. He then stood over the struggling demons head and put his hand over him. The demon started to Glow a dark purplish color. Then his body start to shrivel as his power and life force started to leave.

There were people standing around the area just staring at him. Like they had never seen his sort of magic before. Was it that rare in these parts to see magic. That man had created wind with his sword. That had to be some sort of magic. Right? Be that as it may, Shinoji got his target thats all that mattered to him. The power of this demon was now added to his collective. No new form but power none the less. This should prove to be a great adventure if he joined this mans crew.

Shinoji then deactivated his demon form and stood there. He looked around to the man that was standing and watching. "You have yourself a crew Member. My name is Shinoji Strauss. What was that Swordplay?" Shinoji started out with questions. He doesnt trust easily. He will help this man. But he also had things of his own to take care of. Demons were on the loose and he couldnt let that happen.

He stood there as he watched his newest crew member take out something that he called a demon. The demon was then secured to the ground as it struggled to get away from the man. Turning into a purple light it was then absorbed into the man who then reverted back to a human like form after the demon vanished.

Kirito was massively interested in this ones abilities. Apparently he could gain power by absorbing these demon and turning their power into his own. If he was to absorb enough he would be strong enough to combat even the World Government. He had to make sure this one got up to his full potential so someday the goal of the crew would be attained. His powers could become even greater than Kirito's in the future but for now the both of them had incomplete power. This incomplete power could grow to make them the strongest beings alive in this world.

He then walked to Kirito and introduced himself as Shinoji Strauss and asked him about his sword play. "Its called Nitoryu and the ability you just saw was called Taka nami." Kirito paused for a moment to look down at his swords and he knew that he had to get the sword him and the Revolutionary Army came here to find. This sword was called the Sandai Kitetsu, a sword that once belonged to Roronoa Zoro before the big flash but made its way here. The World Government hunted down the weapons of each famous pirate and scattered them around, however this one sword was found. "I am Kirito Gekko, former fighter of the Revolutionary Army. Since the World Governent wiped out that army I formed Motion 66, that is our current crew name. We have but one objective, to destroy the World Government."

Quickly turning around to head up the mountain Kirito then began to issue his first order as Captain. "Shinoji, I need you to head to town and get us a ship. I'll meet you there in town after I get the item me and the Revolutionary Army came here to get. Please hurry." Kirito then took off at his full running speed up the mountain to get this sword. It was his last mission as a Revolutionary and was going to complete it. He knew that his new crew member could handle the ship part for the moment until he completed his last job.
